Terms of service.

These Terms govern your use of outmash.lol (the “Service”). By using the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the published Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to purchase. You may browse and participate only where lawful.

What the Service sells

Point purchases add the displayed quantity of permanent points to a selected listing after confirmed payment. They also provide temporary eligibility for increased duel visibility under the Rules. Pins include permanent points and one scarce, clearly labeled 24-hour advertising placement above the point-ranked board. Campaigns include permanent points and temporary eligibility for clearly labeled board-ad rotation and increased duel frequency. A paid replay provides one additional round. A $50 claim provides revocable management access to one listing and adds no ranking points. The Service does not sell verified ownership, followers, customers, clicks, endorsements, votes, guaranteed impressions, a guaranteed rank, or a guaranteed rank duration.

Payment and fulfillment

Prices are in USD. Stripe processes payments. Eligible Stripe promotion codes may reduce the amount due without changing the points, replay, pin, campaign, or management access attached to the selected product. Promotion codes may expire, have redemption or customer limits, or require a minimum order, and cannot be applied after Checkout. Checkout does not reserve rank. Pin Checkout may temporarily reserve available ad inventory, and claim Checkout may temporarily hold one available listing, but fulfillment begins only after verified payment. A purchase is fulfilled only after the Service receives and verifies Stripe’s signed completion. You authorize us and Stripe to process the final amount shown at checkout.

Final sales

All sales are final and voluntarily non-refundable except where required by law, for a confirmed operator error or duplicate charge, or when a paid claim cannot be delivered because the listing became unavailable during settlement. Being outranked, receiving fewer impressions or clicks than expected, disliking results, abandoning a paid round, administrative revocation of management access, or removal for a violation does not create a voluntary refund right.

You retain any legal right to contact your card issuer. While a dispute is open, associated points and placement may remain active. If a dispute is resolved against the Service, the exact purchased points are reversed and any associated pin, campaign, or remaining visibility benefit ends.

Your submissions

You may submit only information and media you are legally permitted to provide. Because ownership verification is not required, listing or boosting a destination does not prove ownership or endorsement. You grant the Service a non-exclusive license to display submitted or publicly fetched names, descriptions, icons, links, and share cards for operating and promoting the directory.

Listing claims

Paying to claim a listing does not establish that you own, operate, represent, or have exclusive rights in the listed destination. It grants access to bounded management tools until revoked. You are responsible for having the right to submit every edit or image. We may revoke, lock, restore, reassign, or roll back management access and changes to resolve disputes, protect the Service, or enforce these Terms. Claim transfers and removals are handled by the administrator rather than through a public marketplace.

Moderation

We may edit, hide, restrict, or remove content; end a paid placement; quarantine choices; reverse invalid points; block access; or preserve evidence when we reasonably believe it protects the Service, users, payment systems, rights holders, or the public. We are not required to publish every listing, advertisement, or choice. Ending placement for a violation does not create a voluntary refund right.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. We may correct scoring, aggregation, canonicalization, pricing-display, or fulfillment errors while preserving an audit trail. Permanent points means they do not ordinarily expire under the ranking rules; it does not promise that the Service will operate forever.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages; third-party destinations; ranking changes; traffic outcomes; unauthorized listings; or actions by Stripe, banks, hosting providers, or other third parties. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to the Service during the preceding three months.
