Rules of the arena.

outmash.lol is an attention and participation leaderboard. Community choices and purchased points power the same public total. Rank is not an objective measure of quality and is not an endorsement.

Points and rank

• Each accepted app-versus-app choice gives the selected app one permanent point.
• Each whole USD purchases 10 permanent points, with a $5 minimum.
• Purchased and community-earned points have identical rank value and are shown as one total in v1.
• Lifetime rank sorts by total points. A listing that reached a tied total earlier stays ahead.
• Rising rank counts net points added in the trailing 24 hours. Those points remain on the lifetime board after leaving Rising.
• Rank previews do not reserve placement. The live board at fulfillment decides the result.

Paid visibility

A point purchase also makes the listing eligible for additional duel appearances for 24 hours. This is increased eligibility—not a promised number of impressions, choices, clicks, customers, or rank duration. The scheduler also preserves balanced and discovery inventory.

• A pin buys one of three clearly labeled “Ad” positions above the ranked board for 24 hours and includes the permanent points shown at checkout.
• A pin does not freeze or replace a numbered leaderboard rank. Ranked rows remain ordered by points.
• Pin prices are live, listing-specific quotes. Checkout temporarily holds an available spot; the 24-hour window starts after confirmed payment.
• Campaign packages add the displayed permanent points and provide a fixed period of eligibility for clearly labeled board-ad rotation and additional duel appearances.
• Campaign packages may overlap. Their rotation weight combines subject to internal frequency and concentration limits.
• All placement frequency is a maximum eligibility, not a promise. Inventory, traffic, category fit, moderation, and scheduler balance affect delivery.

Rounds

• A standard round contains up to 25 matchup slots.
• Both cards normally change after every choice. Winner-stays is not used for public rank.
• One free round is available per visitor every five hours under best-effort anonymous controls.
• A $5 paid replay unlocks one immediate round and may place a selected app in the first matchup only.
• Skipping consumes a slot but awards no point.
• Automated, manipulated, duplicated, or suspicious choices may be quarantined or removed.

Listings

Anyone may list, boost, pin, or promote a public app without ownership verification. The first new listing per visitor in 24 hours is free; another requires at least 50 purchased points. Duplicate canonical URLs become boosts instead of new listings. Initial submitters may edit the preview before publication.

Paid listing management

• An available listing may be claimed for a one-time $50 payment after Google sign-in.
• A claim grants revocable management access. It is not domain or business ownership verification, an endorsement, or an ownership transfer.
• A claim adds no ranking points. Managers may edit bounded profile fields, view performance, and open promotion Checkout for the listing.
• Managers cannot change points, counters, claim identity, payment records, or move accumulated rank to a different canonical destination.
• Only one active manager or temporary claim Checkout hold is allowed per listing. Holds expire automatically.
• Administrators may revoke, lock, restore, reassign, or roll back management changes at their discretion. Revocation does not create a voluntary refund right.

Not allowed

• Illegal services, malware, phishing, credential theft, scams, or deceptive redirects.
• Adult/pornographic destinations in v1.
• Hate, threats, harassment, abusive impersonation, or infringement.
• Private chat/invite links and unsafe shorteners that cannot be resolved.
• Manipulation of payments, choices, rankings, reports, clicks, or technical controls.

AI wrappers and other legitimate public products are allowed. Administrators may hide or remove listings at their discretion. Financial and audit records remain intact after removal.
